Follow these steps in order to set up your shopping assistant. Finishing a step unlocks the next one.
Live shows
Schedule a show, go live with your camera, and see how it went afterwards.

Viewers can sign up for a reminder until it starts.
Products
Products you can feature during a show. The assistant uses these details to answer questions like price, sizes, and materials.
How the Buy button works
Shoppers pay on your own store. We never handle payments or card details.
You add a checkout link
Each product has a Buy link: the page on your store where that product is bought.
You feature it live
In the live studio, click Show to viewers. A product card with a Buy now button appears under the video.
Shopper taps Buy now
We count the click for your Insights, then send them straight to your checkout link in a new tab. The show keeps playing.
They pay on your store
Your usual cart, payment, shipping and order emails. Nothing changes in how you sell.
Which link should I use?
- Shopify: a cart link that adds the item and opens checkout, like

Tip: add a tracking tag such as ?utm_source=live-show to your links to see sales from live shows in your store's own reports. Insights here counts Buy clicks; the actual orders appear in your store, because that is where payment happens.

Video answers

How your live shows become video answers
Every show you run teaches the assistant something for the next one.
You go live
Live captions save what you say with the exact time, and every product you feature is noted with when it was on screen.
You answer questions
When you click Answer now and then Done answering, we remember the moment in the video where you answered.
You end the show
The recording is cut into 45-second moments, each labelled with what you said and the product on screen. Each question you answered becomes its own clip.
Next show, it answers for you
When a viewer asks something similar, the assistant plays that moment from your earlier show right in the chat.
Clips play straight from the replay, so nothing is re-encoded. Remove any clip below that you don't want reused. Tip: keep live captions on (Chrome or Edge) and say the product name. Without captions, only the questions you answered live become clips.
